What We Offer

Yoga & Meditation Classes

We specialize in trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, inclusive, accessible, and non-appropriated meditation and movement/yoga classes for every body.

Meditation can be practiced sitting on the floor, in a chair, laying down, or even standing, walking, or dancing. It can be quiet contemplation, guided story-telling, breath work, music-led, or movement-based. The yoga movement offered in our classes is simple and accessible to all body shapes, types, and sizes, and is meant to be a complement to the meditation practice.

We use Buddhist philosophies combined with Yogic philosophies to guide all of our sessions. Classes may start with a short dharma talk or meditation, have discussion or information spread throughout asana practice, or may end with a reading or meditation. All registered classes explain what will happen during class, and any private sessions are driven by client want and need.

Private Coaching Sessions

(available Sept 2024)

Combining the modalities of recovery coaching, holistic nutrition, yoga, meditation, and integrated well-being, we specialize in helping individuals with consumption related behavioural issues such as addiction, eating disorders, co-dependancy, social media, work, gambling, and similar. Working one-on-one we will goal-set, create plans to actualize goals, provide accountability, track progress, and reinforce healthy choices.

With us, you design your own program with our guidance and support, for self-directed, individualized coaching. We do not follow any particular model or program of recovery so you define your success while retaining your own power.

We use the wisdom of Buddhism, yoga, and modern science, to focus on your strengths and what you can do to support yourself today and into the future. We encourage positive change over time, sustainability, and community and relationship building, to achieve a solid and lasting foundation of health.

About Us

photo 2015-08-05, 13 05 49.jpg

First, in the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge that we live, work and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Iyarhe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta. We also acknowledge and embrace the roots of yoga, first practiced in India over 5000 years ago. We are honoured to live and work within these deep traditions, and strive to centre our work in a way that does not appropriate nor cause further harm.
